Next Match of India will be against Bangladesh

The next match for India is against Bangladesh in the ICC World Cup 2015 quarter finals. The match will be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on March 19, 2015. Play will start at Indian Standard Time 9:00am and one can expect this to be a tough battle against a resurgent Bangladesh side .

Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s India have completely dominated their opponents in the group stages. With six wins on the trot, India topped Pool B with twelve points. Bangladesh meanwhile will be looking to end India’s dream run and cause an upset. Bangladesh was fourth in Pool A with seven points from their six matches. The Tigers were instrumental in knocking India out of the World Cup in 2007.

A win for India would see them make it into their second consecutive World Cup semi-final whereas a win for Bangladesh will give them the first semifinal spot in their World Cup  history.
