Indian golfers Jyoti Randhawa and Rahil Gangjee secured solid finishes at the Russian Open Golf tournament. Jyoti Randhawa finished tied for 42nd when Gangjee came up with a tied for 59th finish in the tournament.
Jyoti Randhawa produced a 72-hole total of one-under 283 for his finish. The total was split into four rounds of 68, 73, 68, and 74. Gangjee, on the other hand finished with two-over 286 (68-73-74-71). The last round saw a great start for Randhawa. He got an eagle on the third hole but he failed to carry the momentum forward. Bogeys piled up afterwards and it affected his final standing badly.
Gangjee had a fairly consistent last round at the tournament when he got five birdies. However, Gangjee did have a lot of trouble in the 15th hole where he required seven attempts to clear. It is a solid finish for the Indian players nevertheless and they will be looking to build on the same.
